Navigating the Universe of Feelings

It is perfectly normal for us to feel different emotions but how can we recognise and communicate how we feel effectively? Universe of Feelings is a picture book story by Quek Hong Shin that follows Darryl, a quiet boy who goes on a journey into outer space with Blob the alien to discover the complex world of emotions. Author and illustrator Quek Hong Shin will share his inspiration behind this story, as well as tips to help young children understand and manage feelings.
