Community Day

Calling all Rescuers! Head down to the Book Bugs Community Day event at the Regional Libraries during the school holidays. Participate in the booth activities, borrow 8 books (with at least 2 books in a Mother Tongue language)*, and stand a chance to redeem exclusive Book Bugs enamel pins and plushies, while stocks last!

Community Day will take place on the following dates:

• 26 Nov 2022 (Saturday), 2pm - 6pm @ Tampines Regional Library
• 9 Dec 2022 (Friday), 2pm - 6pm @ Woodlands Regional Library
• 16 Dec 2022 (Friday), 2pm - 6pm @ Jurong Regional Library

Activities you can participate in:

• Contribute to the Book Bugs Community Gallery and redeem a special enamel pin! Design your original Book Bug or submit a Book Review at Pin It Up.
• Share how your Book Bugs journey has impacted your reading experience at the Plushie Redemption booth!
• Mutually trade your Book Bugs cards with other Rescuers at the Card Exchange corner!
• [Registration needed] Play the Book Bugs card game with fellow Rescuers at the Book Bugs Friendlies!

*Each participant must show the online/physical loan receipt of 8 books/eBooks to the staff at each redemption booth. All the books/eBooks must be borrowed on the day of the event. At least 2 of the borrowed items should be in a Mother Tongue language.

Hi Rescuers! Gear up for Community Day by drawing your original Book Bug or submitting a Book Review. Download and print the templates below, and submit your completed form at the Pin It Up booth during the Book Bugs Community Day events.

Hurry! Redeem an exclusive Book Bugs enamel pin when you submit a completed activity sheet and borrow 4 books (inclusive of 1 Mother Tongue Language title). While stocks last.
